Refund Policy

At NIHKARSH TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating refunds. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable and the procedures to follow.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Quarterly Packages:

    • Refund requests are accepted within 20 days of purchase.
    • After 20 days, no refunds will be processed.
    • If unavoidable circumstances arise, an onboarding fee of ₹5,000 and one month’s service fee will be deducted before processing the refund.
  • Monthly Packages:

    • Refund requests are accepted within 5 days of purchase.
    • No refunds are issued after 5 days.
  • Service Reports:

    • You may request work reports for the period during which services were provided.
    • Reports may include tasks such as keyword research, advertisement optimization, and account health checks.
    • For reviews or minor tasks, only summaries will be shared instead of detailed reports.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are only granted if:

  • The request is validated by our Support Manager.
  • The refund request is based on service quality issues or other valid reasons determined by the Manager.
  • A written email acceptance of onboarding charges is provided.
  • Pro-rata calculations are applied if services have been rendered for more than one month.

Refunds are not applicable if:

    • The request is based solely on business loss or change in interest.
    • The client fails to provide necessary onboarding documents.
    • There are service interruptions due to force majeure events (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), but a service credit may be offered for future use.
    • The client uses offensive language or violates our Terms and Conditions.

Refund Processing

  • Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds are processed on the 25th of the month or within 7 working days of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:

    • Quality rejections of photoshoots or non-compliance with marketplace standards.
    • Services are not deliverable due to factors beyond NIHKARSH TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED control.
    • Non-cooperation or conflicts with the team, including derogatory remarks (verbal or on social media).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
